Unpicking complicated people issues is messy!  It is very time consuming and can be costly if you get it wrong.  But conflict within teams is not necessarily a bad thing.  We work with teams at every level to build understanding and insight, so that teams learn to manage conflict effectively for themselves, and see it as an opportunity rather than a problem.
